Have you ever heard the saying men are like waffles and women are like spaghetti? Usually it comes up in conversations that revolve around relationships, but I think it is pretty true in many areas of life.

Women can't separate the different facets of their lives. Everything we are is all intertwined. Our heart to help, support and nurture spills out into business as well. Many women in business are not in businesses solely for the money. There has to be a greater motivation.

With that being said, sometimes it gets sketchy when we start to think about using social media for business. We want to be savvy business ladies, but we also want to keep ourfriends, interact and build relationships.
